Dear Local Unions and District Councils,
The International has been made aware that several of our Brothers and Sisters have been affected by the recent tornadoes in the Fox Valley area of Wisconsin. As many of you know, natural disasters can place an unexpected burden on our members and their families.
We are reaching out to ask whether your Local Union or District Council is able to provide any assistance to help support those members in need. Contributions of any kind, whether monetary or in the form of essential supplies, are greatly appreciated.
If your Local Union or District Council is able to provide assistance, please send donations to the International Office at 12301 Old Columbia Pike, Suite 310, Silver Spring, MD 20904. Please note “Fox Valley Relief’ on the memo line of your check to ensure your contribution is properly designated.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss other ways to assist, please contact Andrew Grange at agrange@pppwu.org or (240) 223-0308.
Your support, regardless of the amount, can make a meaningful difference in the lives of our fellow union members as they recover from this disaster. We appreciate your consideration and any assistance you are able to provide.
In Solidarity,
